COOKING CLASS IN SIMPLE INDIAN DISHES
I Was delighted to conduct a Cooking Class on 3/1/2015 in Simple Indian Dishes for Felix and Julia from Germany. Both of them have come to Bangalore on Official work and were keen to learn how to make a simple Pilaf or Kedegeree and a Simple Chicken Curry.
These were the Dishes that I taught them to cook and they were extremely pleased to see the results of their labours. They were delighted to pack and take home the food that they had learnt to cook.

1. Simple Kedegeree - A rice and lentil dish
2. A Simple Chicken Curry
3. Cabbage Fopogath
4. Okra / Ladyfinger Pepper Fry
5. Sweet Plantain Fritters
