CHICKEN IN RED WINE AND COLONIAL MULLIGATAWNY LAMB SOUP


Have you always wanted to make the perfect Chicken or Meat Roast and never knew how to do it? Well here’s your chance to learn how to make the perfect Anglo-Indian Chicken Roast, Beef or Mutton or Lamb Roast with mashed potatoes, Lip smacking Chicken in Red Wine and a Colonial Mulligatawny Lamb Soup.


These dishes are taught at A SPECIAL ONE OF A KIND COOKING SESSION / WORKSHOP IN BANGALORE conducted by Bridget White-Kumar (Independent Food Consultant and Author of 7 recipe books on Anglo-Indian Cuisine) in Bangalore.         
The Cooking Sessions are conducted at Raheja Residency in Koramangala 3rd Block in a state-of-the-art kitchen on a ONE-ON-ONE BASIS as well as in SMALL GROUPS at your convenience

1.     Chicken Roast with steamed and sautéed vegetables2.     Anglo-Indian Meat Roast – Beef / Pork / Mutton or Lamb as per preference             with mash Potatoes3.     Lip smacking and Tongue tingling Chicken in Red Wine4.     Colonial Mulligatawny Lamb Soup
ABOUT THE COOKING CLASSES / WORKSHOPS·       

 Interactive and hands-on workshop where the participants would actually do the cutting, chopping and preparation / cooking of the dishes, thereby learning the whole process of roasting with accompaniments·       4 Colonial Anglo-Indian Dishes will be taught per lesson. Participants will learn about the History and Evolution of Anglo-Indian Cuisine and how the various dishes got their names.·       Participants will learn how to plate and serve the dishes prepared at the workshop and will enjoy the same for their lunch.·       Each participant will get to take home the Recipes of the dishes prepared at the workshop.·       A Copy of Bridget’s new Recipe Book “SIMPLE EGG DELICACIES’ would be gifted to each participant.
CHARGES:
 A Reasonable Fee of Rs.3000.00 per participant for learning 4 Dishes. (This includes the ingredients required for the lesson)
