CULINARY TRAINING Program IN A NEW WINTER ANGLO-INDIAN
MENU CURATED BY ME FOR ‘ANGLOW’ NEW DELHI
I was requested by Mr Ajit Singh, of ‘ANGLOW’ a One-of-a-kind Whiskey Bar and Anglo-Indian Kitchen to formulate and curate a new Winter Menu of Anglo-Indian Delicacies and then to conduct a Culinary Training Program for their Chefs and Khansamahs to familiarize them with the new menu.
This was an exciting and innovative experience for me and I curated a lot of wine-based Stews and Fricassee of different meats along with Winter Heart Warming Soups and Finger Foods besides the Classic Anglo-Indian favorites.
Needless to add that the new Winter Menu was a huge success and thoroughly relished by all the guests
